The Deccan Chargers grabbed a stunning Victory from the Jaws of defeat and the exact opposite holds for the Kolkata Knight Riders. They have been on the wrong side all this IPL and they had a wonderful chance to regain some lost pride and would have definitely if it was not for the last over. Needing 21 from the last over Rohit Sharma, the bowling all-rounder :D finally came good with the bat and got the Chargers home. It was a see saw battle with both the teams having their moments in the match but  when it mattered the most the Chargers kept their cool and are now just a win away from booking a berth in the Semifinals.  Read more... Ojha Spins the Chargers to a Super Victory against Mumbai Indians

It was yet another super charged performance from the Deccan Chargers who came on top of the Mumbai Indians to register their 3rd consecutive victory. Apparently they had won only 2 matches last IPL and this time they have won 3 in 3..Deccan Chargers batted first and Gilchrist was at his best yet again smashing boundaries and they quickly raced to 50 in 6 overs. But just when it was looking all good for the chargers Gilchrist got out chasing a wide one from Bravo. Dwayne Smith who was in for styris came out to bat and started aggressively. He too got out after scoring 35 of just 22 balls and the score was 124/2 in 13 overs. 200 was well on the cards but what happened afterwards was t otally unbelievable. Deccan Chargers lost 7 wickets for just 43 runs in their last 7 overs and could only manage 168, the same score that royal challengers had posted for kings 11 had won it with ease.
